Job Description: 

· Provides assistance to the Dean in the evaluation and modification of the instructional programs offered by the school.

· Constantly developing new methods of teaching for the ease of students to understand the content.

· Responsible for supporting the Dean in providing a safe and secure learning environment for students, faculty, and other staff.

· Supervises all operations involving the management of the school including school funds, purchases, inventories and office operations.

· Prepares and submits the school's budgetary requests and monitors expenditures.

· Prepares or supervises the preparation of reports, records, lists and all other paperwork required or appropriate to the school's administration.

· Well Acquainted with the subjects to teach.

· Establishes effective relationships with students, parents, staff, community groups and support staff. 

· Mentoring and encouraging the students.

· Consistently updating knowledge for self-development and enhancement of academy.

· Must have unique pedagogy and constantly innovating teaching aids for course modules.

Job Description :

1. Finalizing the Project Brief w.r.t to following -

                -Managements vision

               -Broad level design schedule (time for different stages in design -                        eg. developing concept, schematic drawings, tender drawings etc)

                -Design basis report 

                -Budget for infra works (civil, structural, MEP & finishes) are specified

2. Review the report for carrying out site survey (topographical, soil investigation, hydrological) at the start of the project.

3. Appointment of Architects, Consultants - Preparation of design proposals for hiring process of external design team and involve throughout design procurement process.

4. Coordination for concept design presentation to senior management in order to ensure satisfaction; makes revisions as necessary.

5. Coordination with site execution team for every phase of development.

6. Explore the possibility of cost optimization w.r.t to design intends, selection of material etc. 

7. Preparation and submission of Monthly Management Information Report (MIS) to Management and Site Inspection Report (Quality audit) to Site Execution team.

8. Review of design changes and get approval from Management.

9. Periodic Site visit and quality inspection reports.
