BENNY KURIAKOSE AND ASSOCIATES are launching an internship program and are looking for applicants who are passionate, ambitious, and talented. We make an effort to strengthen the abilities of interns with talent and enthusiasm. We encourage them to engage their right brain.
Candidates will be exposed to various skills in the office over the course of a six-month internship and, if found acceptable, will be incorporated into the office following six to nine months of training.
We use a flat hierarchy structure at Benny Kuriakose and Associates, where everyone is treated equally in terms of work and responsibilities. This helps bridge the gap between senior and younger employees and fosters a more collaborative work atmosphere. Our work encompasses more than just architectural projects; it also includes research, writing, audio-visual presentations, 3D images, photo editing, publications, website designing and its development, social media, etc. Opportunities for proper training and equipping of these skills will also be provided. This internship is not meant for the students and is open only to the graduates.
A stipend of Rs. 12000/- would be paid during the internship period of 6-9 months and at the end of the internship, Rs. 30,000/- will be paid. If somebody has more experience or higher qualifications, we may consider paying a higher stipend after three months if their performance and contribution to the office are more or equal to that of young architects or engineers who have completed their internship after six months.
