Job Description:
ACEPL is looking for bright and dynamic professionals. In this role, you will work closely with Project Architects and Consultants to ensure smooth transition of design process. You should be enthusiastic and highly skilled to understand Design intent and review project drawings. Person should have a taste for spatial quality and aesthetic sense to appreciate design. The following responsibilities reflect the core activities of the role although there will be changes in the emphasis of duties as required from time to time.
Responsibilities: -
- Review of the drawings and checking the compliance of building design as per local Building Bye Laws and Development Control Rules.
- Excellent knowledge of working drawing & co-ordination with structural, services, MEP & landscape consultants.
- Identifying and Rectification of discrepancy regarding drawings.
- Participate in the construction administration of projects for solving queries.
- Follow up with Consultants for the release of draft/ final drawings and documents as per Schedule.
- Collaborate on projects including formulating client requirements, project specifications, reports and schedule.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Flexibility to focus on a variety of project types or multiple projects in various stages of development. - Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Sketch up. REVIT is a plus.
- Ability to travel to out-station job sites. - Self- starters with good verbal and written communication skills in English.
